Penquite Cornwall Chalet Prices

• Oct - Apr - £350 per week (short stays charged at £55 per night)
• May - £420 per week (short stays charged at £65 per night)
• Jun - £490 per week (Saturday - Saturday 1 week stay minimum)
• Jul - £525 per week (Saturday - Saturday 1 week stay minimum)
• Aug - £595 per week (Saturday - Saturday 1 week stay minimum)
• Sept - £455 per week (Saturday - Saturday 1 week stay minimum)

One off nightly/weekend rates out of season can be considered.

Penquite Cornwall Chalet Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of £70 is required to reserve the holiday chalet 'Penquite', the remainder of the full amount being due 1 month prior to occupation.
2. An additional deposit of £100 is required by separate cheque to accompany the full payment. This will be refunded after your departure less any costs for losses or damages.
3. If the booking is cancelled, refunds will only be made if the owners are able to re-let the period booked.
4. Deposits paid are only refundable in the unlikely event of the owners having to cancel the booking due to reasons beyond their control. However, please note that any compensation will not be paid.
5. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition - failure to do so may result in a deduction from the damage deposit.
6. The property is available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise stated or agreed.
7. The owners can take no responsibility for injury to persons or effects whilst staying at 'Penquite'. Parents of children are responsible for their safety.
8. The chalet has 2 double bedrooms. In the living area there is a double sofa bed. Therefore the chalet comfortably sleeps 6 persons. Small tents may be pitched on the lawn.
9. Any complaint should be made to the owners as soon as possible. Consideration of such cannot be made once the property has been vacated.
10. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on condition that they are not left alone in the chalet or allowed on the furniture, and that any foul is removed from the area. Dogs that are not toilet trained and those that chew furnishings are not permitted.
11. Gas and water are included in the price as is electricity which is generated by solar and wind power, which is then stored in two 12V battery banks. However these banks can only store a limited amount of power which enables the usage of low wattage appliances such as mobile phone chargers, radios and the lighting system. We regret that the battery banks are not capable of powering a TV.
12. Duvets and pillows are provided but bed linen and towels are not.

Please observe the rule that 'Penquite' is strictly non-smoking inside the chalet.
