Via the Torpoint Ferry from Plymouth

From the A38 follow the signs to Plymouth (City Centre) and Torpoint and the A374. Follow these signs to the Torpoint Ferry (24 hours, crossing time 10 minutes, queuing time 0 - 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes in rush hours). On the other side, in Torpoint itself, stay on the A374 to the Village of Antony. Branch to the left, signposted 'Millbrook B3247' (and other destinations), passing the Ring O'Bells on your right hand side in Antony. Follow the road for a mile or so until you get to a T junction. Turn left towards Millbrook and Cawsand Bay then turn right into Whitsand Bay by the Military Fort at Tregantle and follow the coastal road as described below.

Via the Tamar Bridge

Take the A 38 to Plymouth then over the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall until you get to Trerulefoot roundabout approx 10 minutes. Turn left onto Torpoint Road A374 signposted to Millbrook. Turn Right onto B 3247 and then turn right again to Whitsand Bay by the military fort at Tregantle. Then follow the coastal road as described below.

Coastal Road

Head in the direction of Rame Head on the coastal road. Drive through Freathy. Go past the Holiday Park Log Cabins and continue until you pass 'The View' restaurant on your left hand side. You should park on the left hand side of the road 100 yards further on by a gated field.  You will notice the coastal path on the sea-side of the road.  Follow the coastal path that immediately splits in two. Stay to the left and continue down the path towards Boiler and Wiggle beach (in the direction of Rame) on Treninnow Cliff. About 200 yards down the path on the right hand side of the path you will overlook Penquite. There is a velux on the roof and there is decking to the front and either side of the chalet.

Amazing Chalet rental at Whitsand Bay and so lucky with the weather. We're coming Back!

We didn't realise that England could provide a full week of warm sunny weather in October. Penquite exceeded our expectations, thank you.
